Payment Options

Payment is required the day treatment is provided unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

If you have dental benefit coverage

We will request payment at the time of service for the estimated patient portion. This is the amount we estimate your dental benefit plan may not cover. Due to the limited information provided to us by each dental plan, we do our best to estimate what your portion may be. We recommend that you contact your dental plan if you require a more exact coverage quote.

If you do not have dental benefit coverage

We will request payment in full at the time of service or have a financial arrangement in place. Payment in full at the time of service will receive our Schedule of Savings as follows;

Late Payment Fees

You will receive a statement if you have a balance due on your account. If we do not receive payment in full of your balance within 30 days of the statement date, you will be assessed a Late Payment fee of 1.50% of your unpaid balance each month.
