The United States is experiencing a “worker shortage” and Valley Dental Group is no exception.    The dental industry is one of the work forces experiencing an even greater shortage due to the fact that our hygienists and assistants need to be licensed through the state.  It is estimated that the entire country is short more than 152, 000 dental care workers since March 2020.

We are actively trying to grow our team with highly skilled dental assistants and hygienists.  We understand that it is frustrating not being able to schedule your next routine dental appointment on time.  Please know we are doing everything possible to try and keep your routine care on schedule.  Our team is constantly managing our short call list to fill schedule changes/ openings.
